The Resort has in total 36 elegantly furnished rooms with all modern amenities. The building seamlessly flows into four residential villas, set on four sides of an open-air octagonal corridor. Each villa consists of four independent rooms.

Kadamb Kunj offers state of the art conference facility which includes audio / video equipments, such as sound system, slide projector, Lcd projector to name few.

Approximate area of conference hall is 2500 sq ft.

Capacity: Theatre Style-90 pax & U-Shape- 70 pax

Lawns and pool side can also be the venue for events.
