long before them, the Arabs and the Chinese and even
the Greeks traded with Kochi. So, it is aptly said to be

NO cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is cancelled 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of
arrival.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 30 to 15 days of the date of arrival, one night’s accommodation
fee will be charged.
• If the reservation is cancelled within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of arrival, the full amount for the
accommodation concerned will be charged.
